James is the CEO of Elevated Education, Eastpointe High School, and the Accelerated Learning Center. With a deep passion for student success, he has dedicated his career to building innovative education programs that support students on non-traditional paths. Through The Elevated Hope Project, James shares firsthand experiences from students and educators, shining a light on the power of perseverance.
As the COO of Elevated Education, Chris plays a key role in ensuring students have access to high-quality alternative education. He brings a strategic perspective to the podcast, helping to uncover the systemic challenges students face and how innovative programs are changing lives.
Sarah is the VP of People & Culture at Elevated Education. She is passionate about fostering a culture of support and growth for students and educators alike. On the podcast, Sarah offers valuable insights into the role mentorship, encouragement, and resilience play in student success.
